Add な at the back of the verb. For example, するな、食べるな、行くな。(suruna , tabe runa , iku na .)

Or

The more polite way, you add ないでください (naidekudasai) at the back of the verb. For example, しないでください、食べないでください、行かないでください。(shinaidekudasai , tabe naidekudasai , ika naidekudasai .)
