How to say in Japanese: Quiet vs noisy

大人しい otonashii quiet people can be thought as being unfriendly, and 騒がしい  sawagashii noisy people can be annoying.
On the contrary, 穏やかな odayakana quiet people can also be thought as good listener, and 騒々しい souzoushii noisy people are friendlier.
